1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quantonix services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Quantonix provides lead generation and online advertising services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and advanced targeting to identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers to our clients through various digital channels including search advertising, social media marketing, and premium professional networks.

3. Qualification Process

Access to Quantonix services requires qualification through our application process. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications based on our internal criteria. Qualification does not guarantee service availability or specific results.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced per qualified lead as outlined on our pricing page:

• Search Advertising: $40 per qualified lead
• Social Media: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Channels: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established during the qualification process. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria established during onboarding. Leads are verified through multiple data points including email validation, phone verification, and intent scoring. Disputes regarding lead quality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Quantonix platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of our technology.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Quantonix's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Quantonix reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of our platform. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

11. Compliance

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for marketing communications.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active clients. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
